Q Code สำหรับนักวิทยุสมัครเล่น

 

ประมวลสัญญาณ Q Code กำหนดขึ้นโดย สหภาพโทรคมนาคมระหว่าประเทศ และจัดพิมพ์เอาไว้ใน ข้อบังคับวิทยุระหว่างประเทศ Appendix 14 เพื่อใช้สำหรับการติดต่อทางวิทยุโทรเลข (CW) ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้นักวิทยุเข้าใจความหมาย และทำการสื่อสารกันด้วยความสะดวกและใช้เวลาน้อยที่สุด โดยเฉพาะนักวิทยุที่ใช้ภาษาต่างกัน

ประมวล Q Code จะมีประกอบด้วยตัวอักษร 3 หลัก ซึ่งขึ้นต้นด้วย ตัว Q ความหมายเป็น 2 ลักษณะ คือ สามารถอยู่ในรูปของคำถาม และอยู่ในรูปของคำตอบ Q Code จะเริ่มตั้งแต่ QAA ถึง QUZ โดยที่ QAA to QNZ ใช้สำหรับกิจการทางการบิน QOA-QOZ ใช้สำหรับกิจการทางทะเล ส่วน QRA-QUZ สำหรับทุกกิจการ รวมทั้งวิทยุสมัครเล่น
